- Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as destination location, shipping method, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, we appreciate your understanding in case of any delays.

Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

International Shipping:
- At this time, we only offer shipping within United States, U.S. Territories. P.O. Boxes, all U.S. Military Bases, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers outside of these regions.

Shipping Restrictions:

Wrong Address Disclaimer: 

-Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, which leaves a limited window for order cancellation or address changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order's shipping address, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order. While we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

-All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

US Postal Service Guarantees: 

-We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

Social Season is not liable for:

- Delays occurring with shipments through the US Postal Service or FedEx.
- International duties or customs charges associated with orders.
